Sermon Series 163 The Deep Things Of God (Power)

Jesus leads us into his Deep things . Jesus leads us in our Sermon into 1 Corinthians 1 that Jesus will destroy the wisdom of the Wise. That the foolishness of preaching is to those who are saved the power of God. Jesus wants us to know that his deep things has everything to do with remaining humble. That Jesus in verse 27 hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. Jesus does this through his power in 1 Corinthians 2:1-7 in verse 4 paul sais that my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of mans wisdom but in demonstration of the spirit & of Power⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠. Jesus demolishes the wisdom of men by letting us know that through his wisdom his power is displayed through prophecy truth Miracles signs and wonders. One of the best examples of this is Stephen and Jesus leads us right into this in Acts 6. Jesus wants us to know that we need to move in power & truth through another glory being baptized in Fire. Amen

Sermon Series 162 As One Man



In Amos 3 Jesus asks us how can two walk together unless they agree. He deals with a prophecy also in Amos 1 about the current events in California. Jesus wants us to know about the secrets of his scriptures and the mysteries of his prophecies which he freely gives to his prophets and the body of christ but we need to be in agreement and in obedience. In numbers 14 Jesus shows us what disobedience produces. In 2 Peter 3 we see that Jesus confirms this yet again . Jesus wants to protect his body through faith to know he is speaking. But yet the scripture sais in the last days there would be scoffers saying where is the promise of his coming. For the since the fathers fells asleep all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. So we live with a continual scoffing mocking persecution. Again through faith Jesus wants us to know he is speaking & leading us through every season.

Sermon Series 161 The Kingdom Is Like ?

In this Sermon Jesus leads to look at what the kingdom will be like & what it looks like now . Jesus introduces us in Hebrews 12 that we are part of the General Assembly The Church of The 1st Born Jesus Christ himself this is a bit of a visual of for us. Next Jesus leads us to Ephesians 5 Jesus gives us qualities of the kingdom like submission in humiliy which is a prime quality wives submission to husbands children' submission to parents and men and everyone being in submission to Jesus who is the head. We see the example in verse 19 ' speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs making melody in your heart to the lord. We get not only a quality of the kingdom but actions of the kingdom. Jesus leads us to 1st Peter which talk about our Grace abounding or overflowing & producing more qualities . Jesus needs us to walk in these examples. In Ezekiel chapter 40 &47 and Zephaniah 14 we get a visual examples of the temple in the 1000 years of peace and the River that flows out from the temple signifying to us life and peace which we see repeated in Revelation 20 Jesus wants us to know that his prophecies are real and true and we need to look forward to all of it amen.
